In a meeting with AIS, she responded to our question: Is the market ready for a certification like AIS? <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Leyre Echevarr\u00eda Icaza:<\/strong> Yes, I think <strong>the market is ready for a certification like AIS<\/strong>. <strong>People are increasingly at the center of the decisions<\/strong> that are made at the corporate level, at the portfolio level, and at the asset level.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Sustainability is ESG. The E stands for environment, the S for social and the G for governance. <strong>An accessible real estate park is a real estate park that has a positive impact on society<\/strong>.
