Fundación ARS closed 2025 with more than 4,000 AIS certificates issued, representing an annual growth rate of 8.9%. Specifically, the organization has issued 4,091 AIS certificates in any of its protocols and standards from 2013 through December 31, 2025.
Most of the certificates issued correspond to the Maintenance Protocol (56%) and Certification (38%).
With regard to the degree of accessibility achieved, 3 stars continues to be the most frequently achieved level, accounting for 37% of the certificates issued, followed by 2 stars (27%), 5 stars (19%), 4 stars (12%), 1 star (5%) and 5 stars Gold (0.18%).

The five gold stars
In fact, in 2025, one of the three 5-Star GOLD certificates that the ARS Foundation has approved to date was issued, all of them for administrative or office use.

Continuing with the sectors, the majority of the certificates corresponded to the Social and Healthcare sector (45%), followed by Retail (25%) and Office (22%); it is important to highlight that:
- 26% of the certificates issued in the office sector are issued outside Spain.
- The Office sector is the one that bets more on Prequalification and certification with Preevaulation.
- The Retail sector is the one that is most committed to excellence, achieving 5 Stars in 42% of the cases.
- The number of certificates issued in the educational and residential sectors increased significantly.
Impact of the AIS certificate at the international level
Geographically, Spain continues to be the country with the most AIS certificates, accounting for 91%, although certificates have already been issued in a total of 38 countries such as Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Indonesia, England, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Nigeria, Oman, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, USA, Uruguay and Vietnam.
