Yes, Fundación ARS offers a Basic Introductory Course to the AIS Standard, which is usually the first step before entering the Authorized Technician Program. It provides an understanding of the certification fundamentals before committing to full training.

Although it is specifically geared toward technical profiles (architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, industrial designers, or web developers), the training is open to occupational hazard prevention consultants, quality auditors, and ESG or CSR managers who wish to specialize in universal accessibility and certification audits.

Upon completing the course and passing the Fundación ARS assessment, you are officially registered as an AIS Authorized Technician. This qualifies you to perform certification audits, draft compliance reports, prescribe improvements in environments, products, or websites, and assist companies in obtaining and renewing their AIS distinction.
