- ARS Foundation, creator and manager of the AIS Certificate, joins the Observatory 2030 of the Higher Council of Architects Associations of Spain.
FARS Foundation has joined as a member of the Observatory 2030 of the CSCAE(Higher Council of Architects Associations of Spain) with the aim of promoting a more inclusive and accessible built environment. In this way, it aims to reinforce the sector’s commitment to universal accessibility and design for all people.

“This agreement will allow us to continue advancing in the creation of a more inclusive, usable, safe and accessible world for all people thanks to the involvement of architects, who are essential to achieving this goal,” said Esther Bienes Pinedo, director of Fundación ARS and AIS certificate.
Through this agreement, both organizations are committed to working together to promote strategic initiatives in the field of architecture and urban planning, promoting accessibility as a fundamental axis to improve people’s quality of life and strengthen social cohesion.
Accessibility consulting
The collaboration will allow Fundación ARS to actively participate in the lines of work of the Observatory 2030 of the CSCAE, advising on accessibilityand contributing with its experience in the development of innovative proposals and solutions to ensure more livable environments for all people.
For the director of the Observatory 2030 of the CSCAE, Mari Ángel López Amado: “Universal accessibility should be considered as a quality indicator of the architectures we design and the built environments we walk through. Establishing standards that measure its implementation will help us to ensure that the spaces we inhabit are used by everyone.
With this agreement, the Observatory 2030 of the CSCAE continues to consolidate its position as a reference space for reflection and action on the major challenges facing the building sector, reinforcing its commitment to accessibility, sustainability and social inclusion.
