Fundación ARS, as part of its strategy of continuous improvement of the AIS service, is giving a boost to its quality policy in 2026 with the implementation of new actions, including the annual general evaluation form received by authorized entities.
In addition, a working group made up of professionals from the authorized entities and members of the Foundation’s team has been set up to define the strategies to be developed to evaluate the services provided to the beneficiary entities.
Any authorized entity that would like to actively participate in this working group and contribute ideas for continued excellence in AIS service delivery need only contact Fundación ARS at comunicacion@arsfundacion.org.
Other quality actions
The ARS Foundation periodically reviews and updates the AIS system standards to reflect social and regulatory changes. The last of these updates became effective in 2024.
In addition, it has an internal body, the Review Committee which individually assesses each certificate issued by Fundación ARS; periodically reviews the system’s protocols and procedures; and responds to requests from auditors and approved technicians for review of indicators or specific requirements of the AIS 1, AIS 2 and AIS 3 Standards.
